WLDF is one of the biggest and most acclaimed Lyrical Dance federations in the world.
The aim of WLDF is to develop an international standard and platform for Lyrical Dance that will encompass the truly magical and emotional style that continues to inspire millions of talented dancers from around the world.
In 2016 Mary Joannou obtained the sole license to organise and promote this highly competitive event in South Africa that will provide the opportunity for local talent to qualify for the 2017 International World Championships in England, with the ultimate goal: competing for the World Title.
Along with Iggy's Dance Academy, they are proud to announce the first ever WLDF Lyrical Dance Championships to be held in their home country, with events taking place in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
